Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery (the date you received the item). We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach a video for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Once our Quality Control group has evaluated the returned item, we will aim to process the new item replacement of your returned item free of charge within 2 calendar days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on that day. You will be refunded via GCash or via Money remittance centers (e.g. MLhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, Cebuana Lhuillier, and MoneyGram) of your choice and near to you, if needed, please message us on our Facebook page or email us at
